Market updates come in all shapes and sizes. The sample to the right is just an one type of market update that we do.  

The purpose of a market update is to provide content specific to a particular region of people you wish to mail to.  

The piece would not only provide information that a prospective seller might want to know about the value of the properties in their area, but it would also attempt to establish the real estate agent as the expert in the area.  

By providing statistics, graphics, and table of data, you can assist your market area with determining that NOW is the right time for them to list their home.

We also can create more personal mail pieces that talk about real estate, but also include some personal things such as recipes, sports schedules, and antidote stories.  If an agent happens to specialize in a particular field he or she might like to include information on that subject.  These might be things such as senior specialist, horse property, land sales, coastal specialty, estates, investment properties.

You can decide if you wish to have a cardstock flat piece, or a nice 24lb paper that can be folded as a letter sized self mailer.  It really depends on your budget and the audience you are mailing to.
